2010 Programme
FiL is for you if you:
- Are broadly between 25 and 35 years of age
- Have a record of proven leadership within your faith community
- Want to learn more about leadership and develop your own capacity as a leader
- Would enjoy being on a developmental programme that involves group exercises, personal examination, reflection and fun
- Would enjoy learning from and with people of other faiths
- Want to experience what it is like to ‘pass on’ leadership skills to a younger generation
