We are pleased to announce that this year's FiL programme is now open for applications.
2012 marks the 5th anniversary of FiL, and not only will this year's programme benefit from the feedback and experience of our alumni but it will also include talks and seminars with some of our Patrons and other supporters in public life.
The programme is part-residential, highly experiential and has been shaped by authorities in the fields of leadership education, group psychology, community cohesion and faith based diplomacy. The FiL programme will give you a powerful insight into your own behaviour in groups and in leadership roles. The programme will also explore some of the salient issues affecting communities while acknowledging your potential as a key stakeholder and change-maker in society.
