FiL is the leadership programme for outstanding individuals in their mid-twenties and thirties from the different faith communities in Britain.

FiL is an independent leadership organisation that delivers a programme of the same name. It works alongside different faith communities to foster excellence, and as such, it is neutral in terms of political or religious affiliation.

FiL selects individuals from a range of faiths, careers and backgrounds and helps them develop the skills they need to become effective, thoughtful and outward-looking leaders.

FiL introduces a new generation of faith leaders to the attitudes and qualities of leadership, using methods usually only available to high-flyers from the private and public sectors.

FiL brings together the faith leaders of the future and enables them to learn and grow, side-by-side.
